when can I return the item...
A return or exchange is possible within 14 days of the purchase date.
how to return an item...
The item in question must be unused and in re-sellable condition along with the sales receipt (or return card) that was delivered to you. It must be returned in its full original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
In case you ship an item over €70, you should consider using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
how about that refund...
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
what gets refunded...
You get back the full value of the product purchased, as it was charged to you at the time of the purchase, minus the shipping cost.
where is my refund...
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

in the case of a gift...
If the item was offered to you as a gift, we will email you a nonrefundable gift certificate (same value as the item returned) valid for 1 month and only for our online store. But you must have the included return card.
the item was not purchased on this website, but from a fashion boutique...
In the case you didn't buy your item from spiritorosa.com, you must get in touch with the boutique you bought it from.
Please make sure that you purchased the item from an authorised reseller, you can find them under our "STORES" tab. If they are not mentioned, then please email us their details at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try and sort that out.
We also always recommend you make sure that you buy our jewelry only from authorised resellers.
in which case can't I return the item...
Either if the item shows visible wear and tear caused by use after the purchase or is returned more than 14 days after delivery or has been purchased during a sale, you will not be eligible for our return policy.

first 3 months...
For the first 3 months from the purchase, we offer free repairs but we do not cover the cost of shipping (from and to you)
thereafter and for life...
If your 3 month period is over and there is damage to your jewelry, we charge a standard €10 repair fee (shipping is extra) for each item to be repaired.
when is the guarantee void...
The above guarantees are void in the case there is substantial damage (such as missing parts etc.). In which case we recommend sending us photos at email@example.com so that we can estimate the cost of repair.
At the moment we ship to Europe, USA, Canada and Mexico. All our courier shipments have track & find, but we also offer express registered mail at a fraction of the courier cost.
We are not liable for any delays or incidents after the product has left our warehouse.
Please note that for non-courier shipments, track & find is extremely limited and in some cases not insured (USA, UK, Switzerland and others).
The photos that show the jewelry in our online store are as close to the real product as possible. Please bare in mind that there might be slight variations in the color of the stone due to light enhancement. Also, some parts may appear larger than the actual size in order to show the details or smaller than actual size in order to portray the entire product.
However, if you feel that the item you have received does not comply with the image, you may seek a refund or exchange it with another one (same item).
